Janitorial Services
The Department intends to establish a term
contract for Janitorial Service for the Division Office. The Contractor shall provide all the necessary personnel, cleaning supplies, paper products, and
equipment to clean the specified building in accordance with the contract requirements.

Visitors: 649 daily
Restrooms: 6
Carpet Square footage: 3,604 sq. ft.
VCT Tile: 1,150 sq. ft.
Total Square footage: 4,754 sq. ft.
Janitorial services are to be performed five (5) days per week, Monday through Friday between the
hours of 6:00 P.M. to 5:00 A.M., excluding holidays.
