Janitorial Services
The State intends to secure janitorial services in the Complex, which includes several buildings. Janitorial services for these buildings will include daily, nightly, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual requirements. In addition, the State intends to transition from traditional janitorial services to a Green Cleaning approach. Green Cleaning is also referred to as Sustainable Cleaning or Green Housekeeping, and the State wishes to engage the awarded Contractor as a partner in this effort.
