Mandatory pre-bid meeting 03/01/2010.
This proposal is intended to provide for the establishment of a contract to provide janitorial services.
Approximate square footage of cleanable space is 4,830 square feet.
EFFECTIVE DATE: The contract for these services beginning May 1, 2010, and terminating April 30,
2011. The contract may be renewed by mutual consent of the contracting parties for one year (12 months)
period under the same term and conditions, but not beyond five (5) years, April 30, 2015.
