The Aurora Housing Authority is soliciting written proposals from qualified licensed and bonded firms for janitorial services for two apartment complexes known as Buckingham Gardens and Village at Westerly Creek (VWC). Buckingham Gardens consists of three separate buildings located at 800, 820 and 830 South Ironton Street. VWC is a newly constructed apartment complex located at 10827 E Kentucky Ave. The Housing Authority anticipates that VWC will be ready for occupancy beginning August 27, 2012.
