Janitorial Services

State University and the University seek proposals from qualified Contractors to provide janitorial services for two buildings on the Research Campus.
The Nutrition Research Building is a 125,000 square foot facility that includes laboratory and office space, as well as a cafeteria, clinical facility, metabolic chamber, and kitchen. Each building has eight (8) main restrooms (4 men's and 4 women's). Women's restrooms have four (4) stalls plus one (1) shower in each/Men's restrooms have two (2) urinals, two (2) stalls and one (1) shower in each. The building also has two (2) additional restrooms, one in the clinical
facility and one in the metabolic chamber.
