Janitorial Services

Community College is seeking proposals to provide a full turnkey janitorial service for the High Point, Aviation 1 and Aviation 2 campuses. Before submitting a proposal, each contractor will be given the opportunity during the mandatory pre-proposal meeting to carefully examine the facility buildings. Each contractor will fully inform himself/herself prior to the proposal as to all existing conditions and limitations under which the scope of work is to be performed and will include a proposal sum to cover all items necessary to perform the scope of work.
