Janitorial Services
The contractor shall furnish all necessary on-site nightly supervisor, trained janitorial personnel, equipment, paper goods and materials necessary to perform Custodial/Janitorial services at this site. This facility which is a union site consists of two (2) separate buildings of approximately 180,450 cleanable square feet and currently facility managed by Corporation herein referenced as the Agent.
