AFTER HOURS ALARM RESPONSE
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Furnish all personnel and equipment necessary to supply after hours alarm response to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District, 696 Virginia Road, Concord, MA: on week days from 9:00PM until 5:00AM and 24 hours on weekends when called by the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) contract alarm service. The Guard responding to the alarm will be on site within 15 minutes and walk around both buildings and check for break-ins. Also, when the guard arrives on site at Concord Park, USACE, the guard will call someone on his call down list to respond. A call down list will be provided to the successful offeror by USACE New England District Security Office.
