Janitorial Operations and Mechanical Services
General Services Administration, Region 10, is issuing a request for proposal (RFP) for Janitorial, Landscaping and Operations and Mechanical services at Eastport Land Port Of Entry (LPOE), Eastport, Idaho 83826 and Porthill LPOE, Porthill, Idaho 83853. The anticipated contract award will require all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform facilities investment services, inclusive of a preventative maintenance program and repairs for facilities; custodial services, pest control services, integrated solid waste management services, and grounds maintenance and landscaping services.
The Government anticipates receiving full funding for this requirement but right now this Solicitation is Subject to the Availability of Funds.

The Government intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference on July 20, 2017 at 10:00 AM PST; the location to meet for the site-visit/walk-through is to be determined and will be issued via amendment of this solicitation. The conference will begin promptly at 10:00 AM PST on Thursday, July 20, 2017. Personnel attending the meeting will need a valid Government issued I.D. to enter into the building.
Proposals must be received by the Government by August 1, 2017 at 2:00 PM P.S.T.
