Janitorial Naples Italy
Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The U.S. tri-Mission in Rome, Italy will launch the solicitation on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website when it is available. The solicitation covers janitorial services for the US Consulate General in Naples, Italy. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment as well as managerial and administrative services to perform all services as required in the contract. Anticipated performance is for one base period and four one-year periods at the option of the U.S. Government. Total estimated square meters of office building to be serviced: 2,400.00 sq.mt.
All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation in December 2016 - January 2017. Please note that in order to be eligible for a US Government award SAM registration is required pursuant to FAR provision 5.207. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations. No electronic offers will be accepted.
