It is the intention of the scope of work to set forth the requirements and
conditions for performing janitorial/cleaning services at the Durham Armory. The
contractor shall perform the required services in all areas and shall be qualified to
furnish a complete and efficient custodial service, including all labor, supervision,
cleaning materials and equipment. The successful bidder(s) shall be prepared to
perform each task as stated according to the work schedule, scope of work and special
conditions without prodding or reminders by the Project Manager.
