Janitoral Supplies
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial janitorial supplies that are "Green" as required by E.O. 13423. This requirement will be prepared using FAR 12, and FAR 13.
Refer to the attached solicitation DJA-15-AHDQ-R-0029 for incorporated provisions and clauses in effect with the Federal Acqusition Regulation (FAR). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561720 Janitorial Services with a small business size standard of $16.5M. This requirement is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned small businesses. Only qualified vendors may submit a quote. The delivery address is the National Laboratory Center, 6000 Ammendale Road, Ammendale Maryland 20705.
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms has a requirement for delivery of Janitorial supplies, the period of performance is (1) Base Year with (4) Option Years. The pricing sheet reflects the monthly supplies that will be ordered. Place detailed pricing on Pricing Matrix to include total cost of (1) Base and (4) Option Years. An award will be issued to the vendor that meets or exceeds the requirement; to include the supplies must be green compliant. Price will be considered in the award process.
