Janitiorial Services for the Swan Lake Ranger Station
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number AG-03R6-S-17-0027 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94B and 2005-95B - 1/19/2017.

This is a total small business set-aside and the small business size standard is $18 million. The North American Industry Classification Code is 561720.
A quotation is requested to provide janitorial services for the Administration Building and a wellness facility in the lower level of an out building at the Swan Lake Ranger Station, Bigfork, Montana, in strict compliance with the terms, specifications, conditions and provisions contained herein. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies (except Government - Furnished Property listed below), equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to maintain the designated buildings in a clean, sanitary, and acceptable condition.
The awarded contract will be a firm fixed price contract, with delivery between approximately June 1, 2017 - May 31, 2018 with three option years.
The FAR provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. In addition, offerors will include with their offer a completed copy of the FAR provision 52.212-3, Offer Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items. The FAR clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition.
