Sealed proposals for a Public-Private Partnership for design and construction of a Police Department Building at Warhill will be accepted by the Purchasing Director or her designated representative on August 6, 2008, 2pm, local time, in the Purchasing Office, 101-F Mounts Bay Rd, Suite 300, Williamsburg, Virginia 23185. This Request for Proposals is being issued as a Solicited Proposal pursuant to Virginias Public Private Education Facilities and Infrastructure Act of 2002. A pre-proposal conference will be held at the James City County Board Room, County Government Complex, Building F, 101-F Mounts Bay Road, Williamsburg, VA 23185 on July 16, 2008, 10AM. The proposed project will include, but not be limited to, all necessary site investigation; design including all architectural, electrical, mechanical, and security systems; permitting; any remaining geo-technical investigation required beyond the existing preliminary subsurface exploration and geotechnical engineering analysis; site work; and construction of the building and site improvements.
