New York City Economic Development Corporation ("NYCEDC"), on behalf of the Greater Jamaica Development Corporation ("GJDC"), is seeking proposals for the development of an approximately 58,050 square foot property in Queens, New York City, located on Sutphin Boulevard and Archer Avenue in the heart of Downtown Jamaica, across from the Jamaica AirTrain Terminal and the Long Island Railroad Jamaica Station.
