Jail Management and Record Management systems
Seeking firms to replace the existing Jail Management and Record Management systems with a more modern system that will also allow data exchanges to other systems within the CJIS group. This will avoid duplicate data entry and reduce data entry errors. Data is entered once and replicated or accessed when needed. The integration effort will utilize new technologies and defined business rules to simplify processes, facility data movement, and govern data access. The County expects to systematically improve operational efficiency over the existing justice system by streamlining information and data entry.
