The County Sheriff's Office/Jail is soliciting proposals from qualified firms capable of providing a highly available, reliable, user-friendly, and powerful Jail Management System (JMS) that will meet the current and future needs of the Jail Operations Staff. The JMS shall be a proven and established solution that is operational and fully accepted in similar configurations in at least three other sites. The proposed JMS shall have the ability to support future requirements through expansions instead of total systems replacement, utilize a relational database technology, be user-friendly, and provide an extensive reporting facility for the production of both "defined pre-programmed" and "ad-hoc" reports.

Proposals shall be received no later than 5:00 P.M., local time, Friday, November 5, 2010, at 63333 Highway 20, Bend, OR 97701. Proposals received after the above-referenced time set for closing will be rejected and returned unopened. There will be no public opening.
