Catawba County, Newton, N.C. is seeking proposals from qualified individuals and entities authorized to
do business in the State of North Carolina, to provide a turnkey Video Surveillance System and Control
Panel Upgrade to the Catawba County Detention Facility. The purpose of the RFP is to provide Catawba
County with proposals and recommendations for a Video Surveillance System and Control Panel
Upgrade that will provide for viewing of independent video segments, door control, and two‐way
intercom calling that will be tied back to one central location.
