The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease space with a minimum of 3600 usable square feet, 4860 rentable square feet in the Jacksonville, N.C. area for use as a temporary Community Based Outpatient Clinic (medical office). The space can either be a freestanding building or space within an existing building. Class A office/clinic space is required on ground level and must be ready for occupancy immediately.

On-site parking of approximately 22 spaces, including reserved handicapped parking spaces for VA use. Onsite parking consistent with current State of North Carolina and Department of Veterans Affairs guidelines is required. VA requires a full serviced lease for a lease term not to exceed a two (2) year base period plus three (3) one year renewal options, for a total of 5 years.

All space must be handicapped accessible in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other governing standards for persons with disabilities. Ideally, adjacent properties will be for Professional Office use.

Properties within the following boundaries will be considered:
East to West Intersection of Western Blvd & Liberty Drive to Intersection of Rainbow Road & Liberty Drive;
South to North Intersection of Western Blvd & Liberty Drive to Intersection of Western Blvd, & Brynn Marr Road.

Potential offerors shall thoroughly and completely read all documents in the solicitation package accompanying RLP VA246-17-R-0195. Offers are due Friday, July 05, 2017, 3:00 pm EST.
Question Submission regarding RLP VA246-17-R-0195 shall be submitted via email only to the Lease Contracting Officer (LCO) no later than Friday, June 26, 2017, 3:00 pm EST. No questions or requests for clarification will be accepted via phone. The LCO will issue an amendment to the RLP no later than Tuesday, June 29, 2017, 3:30 pm EST addressing all questions. If no questions are received, no amendment will be issued.

With respect to all matters relating to the lease acquisition for the subject project, only the LCO shall have the authority to issue and amend the RLP and award a Lease. Interested parties may contact:
