JPSS Lease
NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) plans to approve a sole-source lease to Diversified Realty Ventures (DRV) Greentec LLC for 120,000 rentable square feet of space at the Greentec Building located at 7700 Hubble Drive, Lanham, MD 20770. The building has already been outfitted with secure network and communication pathways, and the necessary security features to support the Joint Polar Satellite System (JPSS) mission. JPSS must remain in a delineated area of a 2 mile radius from the intersection of Goddard Road and Greenbelt Road, per the customer’s requirement to maintain a close relationship with the mission and science community at Goddard’s main campus.
The Government intends to award a lease agreement to DRV Greentec LLC, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 6.302-1.
