The School Board of Brevard County desires to enter into a contractual agreement with one
or more qualified firms capable of rapidly responding to emergency situations caused by fire, flood, storm
damage, vandalism, utility failure or any other force majeure type category to efficiently provide inspection,
damage assessment, coordination or provision of timely restorative activities to District facilities and property with
the objective to diligently restore District operations with minimal impact to occupancy.
