JOINT CHIEFS OF STAFF OFFICIAL MILITARY IDENTIFICATION BADGES
The Philadelphia Office of the U.S. Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order(s) for specified manufactured items as follows: Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001: Quantity of 800 Regular Size Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) Official Military Identification Badges and CLIN 0002: Quantity of 800 Miniature Size JCS Official Military Identification Badges; the applicable Federal Supply Code (FSC) and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code are 8455 and 332999, respectively. Required manufactured items are represented on the Detail Specification Sheet (MIL-DTL-3628/143) attached to this synopsis/solicitation notice.
FOB Destination Delivery of required items is required within sixty (60) days of award to 5162 Eisenhower Avenue, Alexander, Va. 22304. All responsible sources pre-qualified to manufacture/provide these items through representation on the Active List of Certified Manufacturers maintained by The Institute of Heraldry, Fort Belvoir, VA may submit quotations to fulfill this requirement. Vendors providing quotations must be registered in the Governmentbs System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award; see www.sam.gov for further information and instructions.
