JNWC II Extension
Notice of Intent: The 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt AFB, NE intends to extend the JNWC II contract by up to five monthsunder authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The contractor shall continue to provideadministrative, security, management, engineering, operations research and analysis, modeling and simulation, warfighter operations, training, exercises, intelligence analysis, data management, Information Technology (IT), and Equipment Management support to the Joint Navigation Warfare Center.
The current contract ends on 31 March 2018; therefore, the government intends to extend the current contract for up to five months (31 March 201 to 31 August 2018) to allow time for completion of the follow-on source selection and successful transition to the follow-on contract.
This notice is neither a request for a competitive proposal nor a solicitation for offerors. A determination by the Government to not compete this requirement is based on responses to this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice should not be construed as a commitment by the Government. If you believe your company can provide the JNWC services at full performance starting 1 April 2018, interested parties may provide a capability package within fifteen (15) days of this announcement.
