JEFFERSON BARRACKS NATIONAL CEMETERY requirement to provide Artificial Turf in Section MC
The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under solicitation number
VA786-14-R-0175 for the following service:
Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, and supplies necessary to install approx. 16,500 linear feet of artificial turf in Section MC at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, MO, to be completed within 90 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The NAICS Code is 561730. Size standard of $7.0 million is applicable. Evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following descending order: 1) Past Performance, 2) Technical, 3) Price.
