JDA Demand Management and Reporting Software Maintenance (Sole Source)

The subject requirement is for Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) to renew JDA enterprise software maintenance. JDA software provides demand management, operational reporting and real-time visibility into the status of the entire trading network, including shipment, order, inventory, plan and schedule information. JDA software integrates and optimizes the execution capabilities with collaborative workflow for integration and interoperability spanning across DLA's supply chain. The requirement is being solicited as other than full and open competition to award a renewal contract for the JDA Enterprise Software Maintenance requirement.

The requirements included in the proposed procurement are currently provided under two separate, existing JDA software maintenance contracts. The two contracts cover JDA software maintenance for Enterprise Reporting licenses, and the entire suite of Demand Management licenses. The proposed procurement seeks to unify the current two JDA software maintenance contracts into one contract for JDA software maintenance.

An RFP for a single contract is hereby being issued to satisfy two or more requirements that previously have been provided under two or more separate contracts, therefore, this action constitutes a consolidation as defined in DFARS 207.170-2.

A Justification and Approval (J&A) was approved by the Head of the Contracting Activity (HCA) and will be posted to FedBizOps within 15 days of contract award.
