(1) The solicitation, SOW and drawings will be available on or about 1 February, 2018 at www.fbo.gov.  The Government anticipates an award no later than 31 May, 2018. 


Because this requirement is moving from Fiscal Year 2017 to Fiscal Year 2018, the fbo.gov Keyword (Solicitation number) will change from FA4418-17-R-0006 to FA4418-18-R-XXXX where the last four digits of the new Solicitation number will be determined at a later date.  The new Solicitation number will be posted to this Notice as a change.
