JANITORIAL SUPPLIES
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The proposed contract action is for janitorial supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency and must be an 8(a) firm certified by the Small Business Administration no later than 5:00 pm MD on 19 JUN 2014. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the contractor's capabilities and the ability to comply with above requirement. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
