JANITORIAL SERVICES - BLM Kanab/Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument Facility
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to award a single, firm-fixed price contract to perform janitorial services at the Kanab/Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument building located at 669 South Highway 89A, Kanab, Utah. The period of performance is February 1, 2015 B? January 31, 2016 with 3 option years. See the attached statement of work and wage rates for additional project details.
This project is set aside for small business vendors under the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code 561720, with a size standard of $18.0 M. The award is contingent on the selected vendorB?s passage of a federal background check.
Offerors are required to register with www.SAM.gov to be eligible for award of a federal contract. Awardee will be required to invoice using the online invoicing system at www.ipp.gov.
Bids will be evaluated based on the evaluation criteria established in section 4 of the clauses (see attached).
