JANITORIAL SERVICES TROPICAL PREDICTION CENTER MIAMI FL
The U.S. Department of Commerce (USDOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric and Administration (NOAA), and intends to procure janitorial services for National Hurricane Center (NHC) and Weather Service Forecast Office (WSFO), located at 11691 S.W. 17 Street, Miami, FL. The Government occupied space consists of approximately 20,000 net usable square feet. The space to be cleaned includes the following:Raised computer floors, Carpeted areas, Vinyl tile floor, and Ceramic tile.
Both the NHC and the WSFO are 24-hour, 7-day a week operations. The present building population is approximately 80 employees. This is a 100 small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this action is 561720. Size standard not to exceed $16.0M. This support service is being procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Part 12 Commercial Items. The Eastern Region Acquisition Division (ERAD) requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Systems for Award Management (SAM).
