JANITORIAL SERVICES AT THE WFO SIOUX FALLS, SD
The U.S. Department of Commerce (USDOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric and Administration (NOAA), and intends to procure janitorial services for the Weather Forecast Office in Sioux Falls, SD. Approximately 5080 SQ FT. The contractor shall provide all supplies, materials, equipment, tools, personnel, and supervision to clean the Weather Forecast Office (WFO) as described in this statement of work (SOW). The facility has 5,080 square feet of cleanable space (approximately 50% carpet, 50% tile), 12 windows, front and side glass entryways, and 24 employees. This facility is in operation 24/7. The contractor shall be responsible for satisfactorily managing and performing programs for cleaning as specified herein. The supplies the contractor shall furnish shall be of commercial grade (to include: toilet paper, paper towels, liquid soap(s), trash can liners, garbage bags, cleaning solutions, etc). This is a 100 small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this action is 561720. Size standard not to exceed $16.0M. This support service is being procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Part 12 Commercial Items. The Eastern Region Acquisition Division (ERAD) requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Systems for Award Management (SAM).
