Janitorial Services at the Sam Houston Ranger District Office located at 394 FM 1375 West New Waverly, TX.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with the FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice for proposal. The solicitation is entered under Solicitation No. AG-447U-S-14-0038 and the solicitation document is attached to this notice as an attachment.
This acquisition is set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) code is 561720 and the size standard is $16.5 million. This is for a base year contract with Four Option Years.
The contract will require the awardee to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) found at www.sam.gov. There is no cost to gain access to SAM website.
