JANITORIAL & LAWN SERVICES TO THE CORPUS CHRISTI RESIDENT OFFICE, NUECES COUNTY, CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston District Office requires a contract in which the contractor shall provide Janitorial & Lawn Services to the Corpus Christi Resident office, in Nueces County, Corpus Christi, Texas. The Janitorial Services shall consists of furnishing all labor, tools, and equipment for performance of all operations to include; floor cleaning, toilet room and miscellaneous fixture cleaning, glass cleaning and miscellaneous cleaning in accordance with the upcoming Solicitation specifications and contract to follow. Standards of performance, equipment and procedures for doing the work shall be in strict accordance with the Solicitations specifications and contract to follow. The Lawn Maintenance Services shall consists of furnishing all labor, tools, supplies, materials, and equipment for performance of all operations to provide complete yard maintenance to include: Care and maintenance of the lawns, shrubs, and trees including the furnishing of all necessary garden tools, mowing and irrigation equipment and materials, as required, in the Solicitation specifications and contract to follow. Standards of performance, equipment and procedures for doing the work shall be in strict accordance with the Solicitations specifications and contract to follow. This project will consists of a Base Year (12 months) with two (2) one year Options. This synopsis is not an obligation of the Government and all information sent in is voluntary. The Solicitation will become a Firm-Fixed Price contract. This is an Total Small Business Set-Aside procurement. The Solicitation will be issued on or about 12 December 2014.
