Ivara Software Upgrade
Provide comprehensive implementation services to support the upgrade of EPCOR's Ivara software system from version R4 to the latest version R6. The services provided will include the software upgrade, interface re-write, customization, conversion and report building as well as end user and administrator training. EPCOR reserves the right to contract the awarded Proponent for additional work to complete system enhancements within the two years following the R6 implementation.
