Item Barcode Accession Labels (IBALs)
The Library of Congress requires contract support to procure rolls of pre-printed die-cut Item Barcode Accession Labels (IBALs) for application to Library collection items. The Library requires these barcodes in two sizes, on rolls with 1000 labels. Each size shall be required to have one of four possible titles printed on the first line. Each roll of die-cut labels shall contain labels with a unique consecutive oneup number sequence with symbology and fonts as described in the appendices to this solicitation. Numbers shall not repeat on any roll. The is an IDIQ contract with a 5 year ordering period.
