Irrigation Systems Maintenance and Repair
Contractor shall test the irrigation system at all properties a minimum of once a month from May to October and a minimum of every other month from November thru April. Contractor shall notify the property manager of any required repairs. Contractor shall perform all maintenance and minor repair services for irrigation systems on an “as needed” basis. Contractor shall adjust sprinkler heads as required to obtain the optimum output and results.
