The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration is amending the pre-solicitation notice for Request for Proposal (RFP) VA786A-14-R-0020 entitled "Irrigation of entire Cemetery" at Camp Butler National Cemetery, 5063 Camp Butler Road Springfield IL 62707. Anticipated issue date of solicitation is changed from on or about April 8, 2014 to read on or about May 3, 2014.
