Ironhorse Trail Ped Bridge and/or Bethel Island Bridge Replacement
BETHEL ISLAND BRIDGE REPLACEMENT
Bridge Work: Replace existing timber structure by staged construction with new nine-span structure with three cast-in-place post tensioned concrete box girder spans and six spans of precast prestressed concrete I-girders on reinforced concrete caps all supported by cast-in-steel-shell concrete piling or pipe piling. The new structure will be 263 meters long and vary in width from 13.9m to 17.4m. Install utility conduits and decorative lighting. Remove existing timber structure with concrete deck (8.5m x 140m), and such other items or details, not mentioned above, that are required by the plans, standard specifications, or these special provisions to be performed, placed, constructed or installed.
