Invitation to Negotiate to Design and Implement Data System
To design and implement a data system for collecting and reporting on a variety of family indicators for the Children's Services Council of the County's Healthy Beginnings Program, accommodating changing compositions of families, universal screenings and services for individuals that can be connected back to a family even when there have been multiple entries and exits from the program. The Council is an independent special district of local government with authority to levy ad valorem taxes to support programs and services for children and families in Palm Beach County.
WHO: Vendors with knowledge and experience in developing and deploying information management systems; have knowledge and experience in logical and physical data modeling and in managing web-based applications.
WHEN: Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) packets may be downloaded from CSCs website, www.cscpbc.org, beginning March 25, 2010.
DEADLINE: Responses are due by 2 p.m. on April 26, 2010 at CSCs offices, 2300 High Ridge Road, Boynton Beach, FL 33426 - reception desk.
The Childrens Services Council reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
