Notice is hereby given that the City of Columbia, 707 N. Main St., Columbia TN 38401 will receive sealed bids at the address listed above up until 2:00 PM CST on January 25, 2011 for selective interior demolition of the New City Hall at 700 North Garden Street.
Bid documents may be obtained at the Architect's office: Lyman Davidson Dooley, Inc., 209 10th Ave S, Cummins Station - Suite 327, Nashville TN 37203.
Bids shall meet requirement found in Project Manual. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on January 13, 2010 at 700 North Garden Street for all interested parties. Bids will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission.
