Invitation to Bid - Diesel Fuel
MELBA SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 136J INVITATION TO BID Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Board of Trustees of Melba Joint School District No. 136, Melba, Idaho, for approximately 18,500 gallons of diesel for the 2009-2010 school year. Bids are to be based on a wholesale cost plus basis and any other taxes and/or fees that may be applicable. Bid will also specify if the product specified in the bid is branded. Diesel fuel must meet all federal and state regulations for on road vehicles as of June 1, 2009. Please write "DIESEL BID" on the outside of the envelope. Bid documents and detailed specifications are available from Norman Hogg at the School District Office, 520 Broadway, PO Box 185, Melba 83641, Idaho between the hours of 8:00AM and 4:00PM Monday through Friday until Friday 6, 2008. All bids must be submitted on or before Friday, June 12, 2009 at 2:00PM to the Administration Office. Bids received after the stated time and date will not be considered. Bids will be opened Friday, June 12, 2009 at 2:00PM. The Board will decide which bids, if any, they will accept at the June 15, 2009 school board meeting at 4:00PM. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to accept or reject or to select any portion thereof, any or all bids and to waive any technicality.
