Invitation for Bid-Statewide Master Contract for Facsimile Equipment
The CPO-GS is seeking bids from qualified vendors for implementation of a statewide master contract to supply facsimile machines to offices throughout the state. The state currently has a master contract for multi-function devices and the intent of this procurement is not to replace that contract but to create a new contract to supply facsimile equipment to smaller state run offices that do not have the need or budget to maintain these larger multi-function devices. The intent of this bid is to meet the needs of these offices with a single medium to high volume device that has a strong history of durability. The equipment bid should be a stand-alone facsimile machine its main function is sending and receiving faxed documents; additional functionality is not required nor will add value in the determination of award for this solicitation.
