Investment master custody services
The State intends to secure a contract for investment asset servicing, including: account set-up, maintenance and administration; global master custody services; trade processing, income and tax reclaim collection and settlement; portfolio accounting and reporting services; and certain related customizable information-management and decision-support tools, including consultation and training on such tools, providing performance measurement, attribution, universe comparisons, portfolio analytics, compliance and risk reporting for the investment assets owned by the Tennessee Consolidated Retirement System (TCRS), the Chairs of Excellence endowment fund (COE), the Tennessee Baccalaureate Education System Trust (BEST) and other future investment programs that may be established and administered by the State. The State does not currently have an active securities lending program and this RFP does not include solicitation of services relative to the management of a securities lending program. However, the State expects the contractor selected as a result of this RFP to provide services as they relate to 3rd party securities lending in the event that the State activates its securities lending program under a separate RFP and contract.
