The State of Wisconsin Investment Board (SWIB) is seeking proposals from consultants having qualifications and experience to assist SWIB in enhancing its investment program through the delivery of investment technology (IT), operations and accounting (O&A) support.
SWIB seeks a consultant who is able to provide benchmark data to compare SWIBs IT and O&A functions and resources to other investment and financial services organizations. In addition to providing industry-wide benchmark data, the consultant will facilitate and lead more in-depth benchmarking discussions with several industry-leading investment organizations (public and private) that are similar to SWIB in size and mission. The consultant will also make recommendations as to how to specifically apply benchmarking information to maximize the value added by IT and O&A in SWIBs environment and investment process.
Deadline extended to August 28, 2009
