Investment Managers
The State seeks to identify long-only and/or long/short commodities strategies investment managers (Managers) qualified to provide investment management services for the real return investment portfolio. Investments in commodity derivatives such as commodity related futures, swaps, OTC instruments, options or exchange traded products will be allowed. Separate accounts or commingled fund structures are acceptable. Proposers should be focused on multiple commodity sectors and should practice conservative collateral management.
