The Treasurer of the State of Louisiana (State) is now soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide investment and marketing services for Louisianas Student Tuition Assistance and Revenue Trust (START) program assets. Only firms submitting proposals in accordance with this Request for Proposals will be considered. A manager will be selected from those responding to this RFP.
