Investment Grade Feasibility Study for Cogeneration at City-owned Buildings
The Energy Department is seeking firms to prepare investment grade feasibility studies for combined heat and power cogeneration at three City-owned buildings. The consultant will investigate the economic, operational and environmental feasibility of optional schemes using combined heat and power systems to meet all or part of the buildings energy requirements for electricity, steam, hot water and cooling.
