Investment Banking Services RFI
LCRA, for itself and its affiliate companies, is seeking information in order to develop a team to Manage or Co-Manage various long-term bond and short-term note issuance transactions throughout the year. LCRA may also use this team in order to gain advice and opinion with regard to complex financial issues throughout the year. With this in mind we are requesting that you provide information with regard to your general abilities as they relate to this type of effort and have listed information that we are requesting in section A below. We will not be awarding a contract however you will be receiving a letter acknowledging that you are part of our team when LCRA requires your needs in the future.
