Investment Banking Services
The County of San Bernardino seeks a qualified investment banking firm to underwrite on a negotiated basis the sale of proposed tax allocation bonds for its Project Area.
The Project consists of approximately 3,424 acres of commercial, industrial, residential and vacant uses. The largest taxpayers are predominantly commercial/industrial properties. Included is a projection of tax increment revenues prepared by HdL dated October 16, 2009 with modest assumed adjustments for outstanding appeals. Appeals data and adjustments are subject to change.
