Municipal authority is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide investment banking services for a potential bond issue. The bankers will be required to support authority in structuring, marketing, and selling the bonds in the capital markets. This will include (but not be limited to) tasks such as assisting in development of rating/investor presentations, assisting in preparation of disclosure and continuing disclosure documents, identification, evaluation and recommendation of financial alternatives, structuring and sale of bond issue(s).
