The State is requesting proposals from qualified firms interested in providing Investment Advisor and Bidding Agent services to the Office for (a) sinking fund investments for existing Qualified School Construction Bonds (“QSCBs”), Qualified Zone Academy Bonds (“QZABs”) and future sales of QZABs and (b) refunding escrow account investments in connection with general obligation refunding bonds. The Investment Advisor will also be responsible for compliance and recordkeeping for all sinking funds and refunding escrows.
